1. Not every test center offers the SAT on every date!

2. You can take the SAT at another high school.
If your high school doesn’t offer seats for the SAT when you want to take the test, you can take the SAT at another school. Be sure to find one that is close to you so that you don’t have to wake up early to get to the test center on time.
3. Sign up early!
You can register for any SAT that is available on the College Board website. So, plan ahead and register well before the deadline. You can also register for later SATs, not just the next one. You are more likely to get a seat at the school you want if you sign up early. Check out our instructions on how to register for the SAT in Dubai.
4. Download the Bluebook app and take a practice test before you go.
Test day can be super chaotic! Be sure to download the official digital SAT app that you will use on test day. You should also do at least 1 full-length practice test so you know the format of the test.
Open the app the day before the SAT to make sure everything works.
